By accessing or using Versus Clip, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under 13, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
2. Description of Service
Versus Clip is a social gaming mobile app that allows users to create player profiles, play animated game simulations, record gameplay videos, and share content to third-party platforms such as TikTok. Game outcomes are determined by user input (manual selection or random selection) and are purely for entertainment purposes.
3. User Accounts & Profiles
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any profile or account information you create. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if changes occur. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency
- The App may include virtual in-app credits ("Credits") earned through gameplay or by watching advertisements.
- Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits may be depleted through gameplay and are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to modify the rate at which Credits are earned or consumed.
5. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. These advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized based on your device settings and choices. Versus Clip does not endorse or guarantee any third-party products or services advertised within the App.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App's operation
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Resell, redistribute, or exploit any part of the App for commercial purposes
7. Third-Party Services & Content
The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., TikTok, Google). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
- All game animations, graphics, and visual elements within Versus Clip are the property of Versus Clip or its licensors.
- You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., recorded videos). However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content as necessary to operate the App.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versus Clip and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past twelve months.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the App at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms the App or its users.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Versus Clip operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
